This is not an issue of selling shopping bag ,where there is an earning of poor the idiot elite are against of it.It is Govt inability and dirty mind of the Govt which smell like pigs in the street.No body notice the dirty smell which come out from the wine which the wealthy people drink.no body notice the stale foods which they throw in the streets
