I know Asad myself. He is a talented guy and remained a brilliant student in his academics despite his financial constraints. Yet the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Commission (HEC)should support such type of talented youth via scholarships/stipends so that their dreams come true and hence they serve our homeland in a better dedicated way.
